Women and power have become one of the most important social topics in recent years. Across the world, women are increasingly gaining access to positions of leadership and decision-making in politics, business, and education. Their presence in these roles proves that power and leadership are based on ability, experience, and vision rather than gender. However, despite this progress, women remain underrepresented in many high-level positions of authority. Education plays a central role in empowe
