Diapo 1 Today I’m going to talk about a generation that is transforming the workplace: Generation Z. Diapo 2 Gen Z includes people born between nineteen ninety-seven and two thousand twelve. In two thousand twenty-five, they are between thirteen and twenty-eight years old. By two thousand twenty-six, Gen Z will represent about twenty-seven percent of the global workforce, and by two thousand and thirty, about thirty percent. That means almost one worker out of three will be from this generation
