I was in my room, scrolling, when I heard footsteps. My mom. My dad. Arms crossed. Serious faces. My heart dropped. “Two weeks. No phone. No games. No going out.” Just like that. Grounded. I tried to explain. “I was just—” No. “No excuses,” they said. I’ve been stuck in my room ever since. Just me…staring at th
