Good morning teacher and classmates, Have you ever opened your phone just to check one thing… and suddenly, an hour has passed, and somehow you feel worse than before? Social media is a huge part of our lives. We use it every day—to talk to friends, watch videos, and stay updated. But while it connects us, it also has a powerful effect on our mental health, especially as teenagers. Today, I want to talk about how social media affects us in three main ways: firstly, comparison and self-esteem, se
