Introduction My paper is about what problems the TAC canteen has related to sustainability and provide possible solutions for them. To achieve this we had to read an interview from mr row since he knows all about what happens throughout the canteen during the day. Based on the interview the information it held was about health care procedures, food donations ,where they store food,and how they store food.
