It's ,2001 ,…… and this man ,Armin Meiwes,……just posted an ad online looking for someone to eat......and Someone actually replied...... They met up…… it happened……Police arrested him…… Prosecutors sat down to charge him ……And realised nobody had ever written a law for this……Not because it was hard to write …… —but because nobody thought anyone would actually need it.
