Oil prices fell on monday the 9th of march after the international energy agency proposed the largest release of oil reserves in its history to help stabilize oil prices.The emergency reserve release is expected to be larger than the record of 182 million barrels of oil that was released in 2022 during the onset of the Russian ukrain war.Reports earlier this week showed that the group of seven oil manufacturing countries were also planning oil reserve releases to help offset supply shortages.
