Hi, I raised a support ticket yesterday regarding a technical issue, but I haven’t received any proper update yet. Can you please tell me the ETA for resolving this issue? I need a clear timeline because this is affecting my work. Also, I want to understand what your SLA is for this type of issue. As per my understanding, the SLA should ensure faster resolution, but it seems delayed in my case. Please check the status and confirm both the ETA and whether the SLA has been breached or not.
