Before proceeding, review common setup issues that should be identified and corrected at this stage. Ensure the CentriCult Unit is fully seated and properly aligned. Check for tubing that may be pinched during CentriCult Unit lid closure or kinked along its path. Verify that all tubing is fully seated within each pinch valve. Confirm that each tubing line is inserted into the correct valve, including valve 12.
