I am aware of the space around me, and I am safe within it. Safety can grow over time. I am patient with myself as I heal and grow. I am my own safe space. I am allowed to ask for what I need. I am safe to feel my emotions. I remain connected to myself, no matter what is happening around me. I am capable of forming deep, meaningful, and secure relationships. I am learning to navigate my emotions with care. I am learning to rely more on my internal reassurance.
