Customers, employees, and stakeholders are becoming increasingly interested in all aspects of a business’s activities, including ethical and environmental considerations. They are becoming increasingly aware of poor practice in these areas and are actively avoiding companies who don’t act in the ethically or environmentally “right way”. Stakeholders, which includes customers of course, typically want to know if a business is ethical in its approach. This often means that it is making decisions
