I prefer to spend time alone when I feel stressed. As I mentioned, I usually read books to calm down. When I am alone, I can relax without thinking about other things. On the other hand, when I am with someone, I need to talk and respond, which can make me feel more tired. For this reason, I prefer to be alone when I want to reduce stress.
