Imagine being born… and the first thing you ever see is a screen. By the time you’re two, you’re not really learning words… you’re just tapping skip ad. By seven, your brain starts changing… and focusing on anything that isn’t a screen feels almost impossible. Then at fifteen, you can’t even sleep properly anymore… your brain just forgets how to shut off. And by the time you’re older… being alone with your thoughts feels uncomfortable. And the craziest part is… you’d think all of this is co
