But in his mind, it’s different. Shes there. Walking beside him, matching his steps,her laughter blending with the sound of waves.He doesn’t turn to check,because in that moment,he feels her presence more than he needs to see it. They reach the edge together. The wind picks up. His hand almost brushes hers
