So, when it comes to bringing food or snacks, I would say I do make a point of packing them, especially for longer trips—like when I’m traveling by train or plane. I find that having snacks on hand is really convenient, and it helps me avoid the overpriced airport or station food. That said, on more casual outings—like just going to the park or running errands—I rarely bother. But when it’s a long journey, it just gives me peace of mind and saves me from feeling hungry along the way.
