I graduated with a degree in German from university. After graduation, I worked in South Korea at The Coffee Bean Korea and a religious foundation, where I was responsible for operations management and customer service. Through these roles, I developed strong organizational skills and gained experience in handling customer needs effectively. I later worked in a coffee-related company in Vietnam, where I expanded my understanding of the coffee industry in an international environment. In additio
