Hello everyone, today I’m going to talk about psychoanalysis, one of the most influential theories in psychology, and also one of the most debated. Psychoanalysis is both a theory of how the human mind works and a method used to treat psychological problems. It was developed by Sigmund Freud in the late 19th and early 20th century. What makes psychoanalysis unique is its focus on the unconscious mind. Freud believed that a large part of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are influenced by pr
