I got an email saying: “Congratulations on your new position. Orientation is Monday.” I thought it was spam. But it had my full name. My address. Even my SIN last four digits. I called the company. They said, “You signed the contract in person last week.” I didn’t. They emailed me the signed paperwork. It was my signature. Perfectly copied. I checked my bank account. There was a $2,000 direct deposit from them. I never gave them my banking info. That’s when I checked my credit report
