Spodzielny dźwięk

Why do alarms feel like a personal attack. Like I set it. I chose the time. I even said “yes, this is responsible, future me will be grateful.” And then it goes off and suddenly I’m like WHO scheduled this?? Who hates me?? And the snooze button?? That’s not helping, that’s just emotional damage in 9-minute intervals. It’s like getting roasted by your own phone over and over. Also why does 5 more minutes feel like a gift from the universe, but 8 hours of sleep feels like NOTHING. I don't get it.
