Based on our evaluation and the current stage of the product, we’re prepared to offer $120,000 for the acquisition of Local Edge, including the platform codebase, branding, and the associated intellectual property developed by Lambda Forged.Our plan would be to integrate Local Edge into our broader marketing platform and expand its reach to thousands of existing clients. With our infrastructure and sales channels, we believe it could grow much faster.
