It works with your existing CRM, so your contacts are already there. Open the app in your browser. If you're not signed in, you'll see a sign-in or connect screen. Enter your CRM login details — then click to connect. Once you're in, your contacts show up from your CRM. You can also open the app from inside your CRM or another tool you use.
