So what do they actually do? A product manager decides what features get built in an app… For example: Should we add a new button? Change the design? Launch a new feature? They talk to users, collect feedback, and decide what’s worth building. Now yes — AI can analyze user data. It can tell you what users click. But it can’t sit in a meeting and decide: “Is this feature actually worth millions of dollars?” Because product decisions are messy. There’s no clear answer.
