"To complete the first iteration of our trip distribution matrix, we need to calculate the final zone pair: Zone C and Zone D. Following the Fratar logic we've used for the other pairs, we calculate the flow in both directions and then average the results. First, we calculate T {C D}, representing trips originating in C and ending in D. We take Zone C’s projected future production—which is 980 trips (700 times 1.4)—and determine D's share by weighting the current 300 trips by D's growth factor o
