Hey, Lucy! Are you sleeping? My neighbors next door are usually very nice and quiet. They don’t make a lot of noise. But today it’s crazy! They are having a noisy party now. They are playing loud music and laughing so much. I can’t relax. The neighbors upstairs are a young family. They usually don’t argue a lot, but now they are arguing. I can hear them. And their baby is crying now too. It’s really loud. The neighbors downstairs have a dog. The dog barks every day. And now it is barking again!
