The battle begins with an amphibious landing by Antares supported by 4 battleships. Antares must destroy the Vegan coastal batteries positioned along the shore. These batteries threaten the fleet and block further progress. Antares can destroy them by holding the points, using dynamite, or relying on artillery strikes from their battleships. If none of the batteries are destroyed, the invasion fails immediately.
