Nobody tells you this... But the voice in your head... The one that keeps saying... "What if you mess this up?" "What if they judge you?" "What if you fail?" That voice... isn't your enemy. It's a scared version of you... trying to protect you. (pause) And it's exhausting... isn't it? (pause) You want to move forward... But your brain pulls you back. You want to start... But something in you freezes. (pause) So you sit there... Doing nothing... Not because you're lazy...
