Now scroll down to the Parent’s Information section. Start by entering the father’s name and his place of birth. Next, fill in the mother’s maiden name, followed by her place of birth. Then, enter a telephone or contact number where the individual can be reached. After that, select the marital status from the dropdown menu. Finally, at the bottom, type in the address information in the provided field. Make sure the details are complete and accurate.
