On the left side, you’ll find the message itself, along with all its attributes. On the right side, there are two main blocks: one for category tagging, and another for sentiment analysis. To assign a category, simply select the appropriate option from the dropdown list. If needed, you can remove an assigned category in just one click - for example, if it was applied by mistake or requires adjustment after automatic tagging.
