So, the topic of this TED Talk is the impact of sharing goals on motivation and achievement. Basically, what he tries to show is that something we usually believe is actually not true. Many people think that if you share your goals with others, you feel more committed and more motivated to achieve them. However, Sivers explains the opposite. He ar gues that when we tell others about our goals, we may actually reduce our chances of achieving them. This happens because, when we share a go
