Marcellus Butler Jr. is repeatedly requesting a SaraPlus login/code for sales rep Mychelle Bennett so she can access her account.Multiple teams (Smart Circle, eStream, Ownerville) could not initially locate or authenticate the rep due to her being offboarded/retired in the system.
