First, look at the top table. This is our current Origin-Destination (O-D) matrix. It shows exactly how many trips are currently occurring between our four zones: A, B, C, and D. For instance, you can see that there are currently 400 trips moving from Zone A to Zone B. The row totals and column totals both sum up to a system-wide total of 2,400 trips per day.
