I think keeping a general list is enough for daily activities. Having some flexibility allows me to adjust if unexpected things come up, which they often do. A strict schedule can be stressful if things don't go exactly as planned. Plus, a general list lets me prioritize tasks based on how the day unfolds, which can be more efficient. So, I prefer to stay flexible and adapt to the day's needs rather than sticking to a rigid plan.
