When attaching two reagent vials, no clamps on valve 3 should be closed.
Following best practices, hold the first reagent vial in your hand with the spike adapter oriented downward. Insert the spike into the vial and twist slightly to ensure it is fully seated. Once attached, place the reagent onto the CentriCult Unit.
Repeat the same procedure for the second reagent vial.
Carefully invert both reagents at the same time and place the glass vials into the vial holders located at Bag Hanger B
