Each of these points is happening one after another and each is influenced by the points before it. And the point right before the current point is probably more present, has more influence on a player’s mind, than prior points that happened several minutes ago. To account for that, each momentum, for one current point in time, is a sum of the points before it. The influence gets less and less as this curve approximates.
