"To further illustrate the Fratar Method, let's look at the exchange between Zone A and Zone C. Just like our previous calculation for T {A B}, we must evaluate the growth from both directions to find a balanced future trip estimate. First, we calculate the future trips originating in A destined for C, denoted as T {A C}. We take Zone A's future production—that's the current 600 trips multiplied by its 1.2 growth factor—and determine C’s relative share. By weighting the current trips by the dest
