Aramco has shut production from two large offshore fields reducing output from opec's biggest producer by 20 percent. Opec's number 2 producer iraq,has its production dropped by 70 percent, while the U.A.E ,opec's number 3 producer has dropped production by half.Total oil output cuts in the middle east now stand at 7 to 10 million barrels per day or rather 7 to 10 percent of global demand.
