Caleb Kim reported that a rep, Jordan Trinh, completed onboarding and background checks but could not see the Costco retail store in SaraPlus. Smart Circle (Rugelyn Almonicar) responded that the rep’s case was ready to close, but it was missing a required document: the Costco EDM Arbitration Agreement, located in the “Costco EDM” bundle in the document portal. Caleb confirmed the documents were generated and signed. Rugelyn then confirmed the rep was flipped to COSTCO EDM and advised to allow 30
