Imagine this. Two men train exactly the same for 8 weeks. Same routine. Same weights. Same diet. Same sleep. But at the end… One has broader shoulders, a fuller chest, and veins starting to show. The other… looks almost the same. As if the gym did nothing. So the question is unavoidable: Is the first one training better? Is the second one not trying hard enough?
