In March of 2026, a trooper with the Illinois State Police became the subject of an internal investigation following multiple complaints regarding conduct and use of force. The trooper, identified as Riflekit, had been on the force for approximately one year at the time the investigation was initiated. Over a six-month period, supervisory staff and Internal Affairs investigators reviewed a series of traffic stops, arrests, and citizen encounters. The following footage has been compiled from t
