Dr. Ahmed will present his lecture entitled: “From Spectra to Structure: Integrating AI Tools to Decode Natural Products LC–MS Data.” In this session, he will explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the interpretation of complex LC MS data in natural product research. The lecture will discuss AI-augmented pipelines for LC MS data preprocessing and feature extraction, with particular emphasis on the use of MZmine as a powerful analytical platform. In addition, Dr. Essa will highlight
