If the tubing from valve 23 becomes tight, gently pull down the tubing loop at the top of the Filtration Bag to create additional slack. This will allow you to raise the hanger higher so the bubble trap sits upright while the tubing is not under tension.
Oncer positioned correctly, confirm the bubble trap is upright and close the clamp on the QC pouch following best practices.
