Understanding the Information Systems Program That morning, in the Introduction to Information Systems class—on Friday, April 10, 2026—the lecturer opened the session with one main topic: understanding the Information Systems study program as part of computer science and informatics. From that moment, I realized that Information Systems is not just about computers. More than that, it is about how technology is truly used to support organizations and everyday life.
