People moved with purpose. Voices called out orders. No one looked afraid. Like none of this mattered. Like the bombing… like the people… Meant nothing. Jessie kept his head down. He spotted crates. Medical supplies. Bandages. That’s what he needed. That’s what Sarah needed. He moved closer— “Hey!” Jessie froze.
