Proximity labeling reveals spatial association of TgCoq4 with CoQ biosynthetic proteins It has been well established that Coq3–Coq9 in S. cerevisiae form a supramolecular protein complex that carries out all reactions subsequent to the prenylation catalyzed by Coq2. We therefore hypothesize that an analogous complex may exist in T. gondii. We performed homology-based searches and identified putative orthologs of Coq3, Coq5, and Coq8 in T. gondii, along with a distant homolog of Coq6; however, no
