To make changes, click the Correct / Update button located at the top of the page. Once activated, the fields will become editable, allowing you to update the necessary information. Begin with the Personal Information section. Carefully review and correct details such as the first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, sex, and legitimacy. Next, proceed to the Parent’s Information section. Ensure that the names of the father and mother are accurate, and update them if nee
