For battleships and submarines to enhance survivability and stelth performance. while for commercial ships, it is important for marine eco-system, such as whales. Acoustic water tank is located from the first basement floor to the second floor. At first basement floor water treatment facility was located for 3,200 tons of fresh water. On first floor there is research facilities to reduce machinery induced noise and fluid induced noise.
