1. Introduce yourself Hello, my name is Reem. I'm 28 years old i graduated in 2020 from Suez Canal University faculty of tourism and hotels management . I used to work in the field for 2 years then i started working in a small family business and i decided to take a step towards building a career in customer service. I’m very interested in customer service. I enjoy communicating with people and helping them solve their problems. I’m a patient person and I like to learn new skills. I’m looking f
