Audio you generated on the free tier before September 14, 2026 with a commercially licensed voice may keep being used commercially without upgrading. Voices and models marked 'Personal and non-commercial use only' in the voice picker are never covered for commercial use, on any plan, because their authors allow non-commercial use only (Terms section 7A).
