Yes, partial refunds may be issued in cases where you have used a portion of your credits or subscription. The refund amount is calculated based on unused credits or remaining subscription time.

If your refund is approved for a subscription purchase, your subscription will be cancelled and plan features will be revoked. Any remaining credits from the subscription will be removed from your account.

Credit purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days if the credits have not been used. Partially used credit packs may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via Stripe, the refund goes to your card. PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account. Cryptocurrency refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
