I’ve been working through the leaseback transaction with Jeremy this morning, and we’ve aligned on how we want to proceed. He’s tied up traveling, but he’s given me approval to move this forward, and I’m authorizing you to execute it.
We need to get this done today to secure the terms, so timing is important.
